Attention!!! Custom Card Text Area Optional: For an additional $2.00 fee have anyone of these cards personalized by adding a name on the card, and have the option of including what you want the inside of the card to say. For this option choose Custom Card under Card Design drop down list.
Return/Refund Policy
This item is eligible for return/refund within 30 days of purchasing at the customers expense with the required exception of the item(s) not utilized/damaged, scuff marked, or written on. No return/refund after 30 days.
Please Note: If any item(s) that are returned without meeting the required exceptions, no refund will be issued.
Please Note: In the case of an item being returned that was worn, damaged, or utilized through customer misuse, no refund will be issued, and the customer maybe subject to being charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the item.
Attention: Due to limited quantity, no items are eligible for being exchanged.
Delivery
Operating business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, except on hoildays, during these days/hours incoming orders will be processed, filled, and shipped promptly. The shipping carrier will be through USPS, tracking information will be sent to you via email.
Please Note: Orders received on the weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will not be processed, filled, or shipped until Monday (no holidays).
Please allow 7-14 buisness days for delivery on merchandise items already in stock, please note customized cards and the Personalized Keepsake Cards orders are processed/filled in the order they are received delivery may vary on customized cards orders and the Persoanlized Keepsake Cards orders.
